Your Health Comes First
Your health and safety are paramount. Always consult with your doctors and follow their advice concerning your health. Medical guidance takes precedence over any diet advice we provide.
If you’re being treated for heart disease, lung disease, circulation issues, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease, or any other serious health conditions, do not embark on this diet program without a thorough consultation with your doctor. Adjusting your diet may lead to a sudden and potentially dangerous change in your need for medications that regulate various conditions. Close monitoring by your healthcare provider is crucial.
